Commercial CFO - Global Leisure Group
About the Company
We are an international, fast-growing Group operating within the experience and leisure industry, delivering complex, design-led projects across multiple global markets. The business combines concept development, engineering, production, and long-term service, with a strong focus on scalability, recurring revenue, and international expansion.
The Group is now entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to strengthen business control, financial control, support strategic decision-making, and build a scalable finance function aligned with continued expansion.
About the Role
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and a close partner to the CEO and COO. This is a commercially driven role where the primary focus is to support, challenge, and improve business, not just manage accounting and reporting.

Ensure financial discipline while enabling commercial success
Build structure without slowing down the business decisions

Actively challenge the business to improve performance and efficiency
Develop a deep understanding of customers, business models, profitability drivers and cash flow dynamics
Lead and structure customer financing solutions, including ECA/EKN-backed financing arrangements
Evaluate project risk and ensure sustainable, profitable deal structures
Maintain strong financial control, reporting, compliance, and governance
Build scalable financial processes, systems, and structures
Ensure strong execution and follow-through across the organisation
Define and execute the Group’s financial strategy
Manage banking relationships and financing structures
Support and lead M&A activities
